Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Who we are

UmmahLeads ("UmmahLeads", "we", "us") is a software platform that connects real-estate professionals within the OIC (Organisation of Islamic Cooperation) markets. We operate as a SaaS service provider, not as a financial institution or crypto-asset service provider.

2. Nature of the service

UmmahLeads provides (i) a lead-matching engine between real-estate professionals, (ii) software automation and content tools, (iii) optional on-chain receipts of certain business events on the Polygon network. We do NOT provide investment advice, brokerage, custody, or financial services.

3. $LEAD utility token — no investment

$LEAD is a utility token used strictly within the UmmahLeads platform for (a) discounts on subscription plans, (b) tier-booster access, and (c) referral rewards. It is NOT a security, NOT a financial instrument, NOT an e-money token, and NOT an asset-referenced token under MiCA Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. No yield, no interest, no dividend, and no value appreciation is promised or implied.

4. Subscriptions

Paid subscription tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No refund for the current billing period. Founding members may benefit from equivalent-tier perks for life, subject to the Founding Programme rules.

5. Regulated professions

Certain professions available on the platform (notaire, avocat, architecte, etc.) are regulated in various jurisdictions. Users registering under a regulated profession must provide a valid professional license number. UmmahLeads does not verify licenses with issuing bodies in real-time; users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their self-declared credentials.

6. No financial advice

Content on the platform (market analyses, lead qualifications, ROI estimates) is informational only. It is not financial, legal, tax, or religious advice. Consult licensed professionals before any transaction. For Shariah compliance questions, consult a qualified Shariah scholar.

7. Smart contracts

Some platform features use smart contracts deployed on Polygon mainnet. Smart contracts are experimental software. Users acknowledge the inherent risks: code bugs, oracle failures, network congestion, and impermanent loss of funds. UmmahLeads provides no warranty on smart contract behaviour beyond what is published in the audit report.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UmmahLeads is not liable for (i) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, (ii) loss of funds caused by user error, third-party wallet compromise, or smart contract bugs, (iii) lost profits or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use UmmahLeads to (a) launder money or finance illegal activities, (b) commit fraud, (c) trade in assets subject to sanctions, (d) impersonate another person or entity, (e) attempt to exploit smart contract vulnerabilities. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of your jurisdiction apply.
