• Blockchain Wallet Address: Your Polygon wallet address for $LEAD token interactions.

• Communications: Messages sent through the in-app messaging system.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, timestamps.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version.
• Log Data: IP address, browser type, crash reports.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the UmmahLeads Service.
• Create and manage your user account.
• Process transactions and distribute $LEAD token rewards.
• Match users with relevant properties and professionals (SmartMatch, Deal Finder).
• Send transactional emails (verification, notifications, security alerts).
• Operate GameFi features (challenges, leaderboards, badges, quests).
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use advertising SDKs or trackers. We do not sell your data.

Important: Blockchain transactions are public by nature. When you interact with the $LEAD token or NFTs on Polygon, the following data becomes permanently and publicly recorded:

• Your wallet address
• Transaction amounts and timestamps
• Smart contract interactions

This data cannot be modified or deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days upon request.
• Property Listings: Retained for listing duration plus 12 months.
• Blockchain Data: Permanent and cannot be deleted (see Section 5).
• Usage Logs: Retained for up to 24 months.

We implement industry-standard security measures: encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), encryption at rest, secure authentication, regular security audits, and access controls.

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure: Request deletion ("right to be forgotten").
